The beach in Oistins is a bit small and not as cozy as Rockley Beach, but it gets very lively with all the bars and pubs in the evening, what makes the nightlife out there so vivid. And also the food can be exceptionally good at some of the places.
Rockley Beach is perhaps the most popular beach on Barbados with a lovely white powder sand and great for swimming unless you do not get to close to the right end, where there might be a strong rip tide.
